Kwame Kuadey
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Kwame Kuadey is CEO and Founder of New Rhino Digital Media, bringing over a decade of digital media leadership and entrepreneurship experience. In his role as CEO, he is responsible for the overall business strategy and growth.
Prior to starting New Rhino, Kwame was CEO & Founder of Gift Card Rescue, which gained prominence when he successfully pitched his then startup on ABC’s hit show, Shark Tank (Season 1). In addition to running the business, Kwame led the digital marketing team responsible for driving over $60 million in gift cards sales during the company's 8-year run. Gift Card Rescue was listed in the 2013 Inc. 500 as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies and made the Inc. 5000 list in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
Kwame has featured in The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Entrepreneur, Inc. Magazine, NPR, and Forbes. He was named to Baltimore Business Journal’s 40 under 40 list and is a 2014 winner of the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of The Year Award in Maryland.
He is a graduate of Middlebury College, with a BA in Economics. Kwame also holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School.
Carrie Brenner
Chief Operating Officer
Born and raised in Maryland, Carrie attended Salisbury University where she earned her degree in Journalism and Marketing. Shortly after starting her professional career, Carrie realized that she had a passion for business and making things happen. In her role as COO, she is responsible for implementing the company's strategy.
Carrie has been in marketing and business operations in the Baltimore arena for the past six years. Her years of experience working at an Inc. 500 startup company has made her a pro at being able to wear many hats and solve any problem that comes her way. She has a natural-born creative eye and particularly enjoys projects that focus on bringing the inherent powers of customers and brands together.
When not working on her business ideas, you can find Carrie playing with her golden retriever, testing out a new recipe or restaurant, or working on her fitness.
